Training Methodology Overview:
Recoil Fit is designed to accelerate shooting proficiency through dynamic dry fire training combined with recoil replication. Students will develop their shooting skills while improving their vision and balance. Our program uniquely integrates self-correction based on visual feedback, allowing the body to intuitively adjust grip, posture, and hand positions to keep the sights aligned on the target.
The major difference between Recoil Fit and other traditional training methods is that detailed coaching is minimized. Instead, students are trained to naturally correct their form through visual control, empowering them to progress rapidly and build muscle memory without constant feedback from an instructor.

Our training focuses on developing balance control, target focus, and CNS conditioning to help you manage unpredictable body movements, recoil, and stress in real-world scenarios. We integrate weight resistance, balance disruption, and dynamic dry fire techniques to enhance strength, stability, and your body’s response to physical stress, preparing you for the challenges of real-world encounters.

Target Focus & Laser Tracking: Maintain focus on the target, not the sights, while tracking moving targets to improve aim during dynamic situations.
Strength & Recoil Management: Added resistance helps improve recoil control, muscle stability, and strength, improving shooting performance under stress.
Vision Tracking Drills: Improve response time and decision-making by tracking moving targets while adjusting body movement and balance.
